DBA IV/57 Low Countries 1297-1478AD

Here is our all bases covered Low Countries 'Extreme' Pike Army.  An absolute joy to build & paint up. Again the vast majority of figures came from various sources, different manufacturers.  The flags came from the versatile Warflag, lots of choice for the Guildsman.

1x3Kn or 4Pk - General,
1x3Kn  - Knights,
9x4Pk  - Guild Pikes,
1x4Xb  - Guild Crossbow,
1x5Wb  - White Hoods of Ghent,
2x4Bd  - Blades,
1xArt  - Artillery
1x2Ps – Flemish handgunners

DBA 2.2 Medieval French IV/64

Here's our Medieval French army, with all options covering the four lists in the DBA 2.2 rule book.
What a monster indeed.  I took a liberty with some of the units, the Scottish Pike & the mighty hordes, but in the end I think it came out well.  The General element was based on Joan of Arc complete with her banners.  The majority of the flags came from the Fantastic WarFLAG website.

IV/80 Hussite

Woe.. Work's been taken it's toll lately, so here's a quick update. Here's our Hussite Army, it did do rather well in one of our earlier games. Lots of War Wagons, just don't go charging your Knights into them....

Here's our Ayyubid Egyptions lead by Salah Al'Din. A nice & colourful army, very heavy on the Cavalry. They have performed well in one of our previous battles ...

IV/13d Medieval German 1479-1519AD

Here's the last Army for the Medieval German list. More heavier on the Pike formations but still great offensive punch with lots of Knights. They are finished off with Black Miracle Dip to give them a more sinister appearance....

Lots of Plate Armoured Pike, they look like Mikes Models. We've used these because they were gathering dust, but it's a good opportunity to use Landsknect Pike!

IV/84 Burgundian Ordonnance 1471-1477AD

Rahoo!!! Loads of Flags! The very bright & colourful Burgundian Ordonnance. Lots of Knights & Bows, but with an option to drop the Bows for Pike. They have always performed well in our battles. The flags are from two sources, commercially available REVO Flagsheets & the fantastic DMWS Free Flags http://www.krigsspil.dk/download/download_2.html. Since we've made this army, the nice fellas have added even more Burgundian Flags....
